'COVID-19 NOTICE'

We have kept Risborough Dental Practice open to our existing and new patients as much as possible as we know how important a role it plays to you and the local community. Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are now open for and prioritising dental emergency treatment ONLY.

We would like to reassure you that, as always we are here for you and shall continue to act to ensure the health and the safety of our patients and team.  Within the practice, throughout the day all the door handles, tablets, card machine and reception desk are wiped down and disinfected thoroughly. We have plenty of hand soap and hand towels in all our rooms and toilets. We ask each patient when they come in to wash and sanitise their hands.

We all need to play our part in reducing the spread of this virus and despite the huge financial toll this will create for us, the safety of our patients, staff and the population at large must be the priority.

Please let us know if you are booked in and have symptoms of flu, cough or fever, also if anyone you live with or you has travelled in the last 14 days. If you are over 70, or medically compromised, we are deferring all treatments and routine examination appointments. If, over the next period you are feeling anxious and isolated we are very happy for you to call us for a chat and to keep in touch with you regularly by phone.

We would like to remind you of our constant message to keep up brushing and cleaning in between your teeth. Keeping your mouth healthy is an important part of keeping your immune system healthy.

And lastly, please know that we are committed to taking every measure possible to keep our patients and team safe and healthy. As soon as we are back to providing the routine excellent dental care we will let you know.
